AMCHAM members had the honor and pleasure of meeting His Excellency, Mr. Mushingi, Ambassador of the United States for Senegal and Guinea Bissau. It was an opportunity for him to discuss the major change in US funding for development projects resulting in the creation of a structure called the US International Development Finance Corporation (USIDFC). This US government agency could spend up to $ 60 billion in support of private investment in developing countries.
